I am 25 now and about marry my girlfriend. However, both us were Threatened by really terrible news that one third of total registered couples got divorced the same year. Most of the divorced couples got a common excuse: Boring daily life obliterate their love. Is it true?
Who can give us some advise?

Thanks Lynn, You understand love deeper than I do.

Marriage can entomb love only when the love is not strong enough. Like two people fall in love due to the bear physical attractions or couples married for some kind of unknown purposes. True love can not be entombed but will shinning in long boring daily life.

Welcome Tracy,

I always believe that the communication between my girl and me is deep enough before I meet you guys. My mind changed now. Sometimes my communication with a some females can reach a depth that we never reached before. There are something indescribable that do existed and blocked the communication between couples.

Ok this is the most deep yet entertaining blog ive read thus far. Bill, bbqchickenrobot (shaking my head lol) hit the nail perfectly. Girls will be girls and those little things add up like mad. BUT, yes there is always a but, just keep those little things simple. We women have this talent. Its called 'locking what we want to memory'. Just like how you fancied her to get to this point, you have to keep it up to keep her. Dont go over board because she will want more and more. Yet dont under do it esp after the big day.
Divorce. Been there, done that. I agree with people now a days not taking marriage seriously and its sad. Marriage can be a very rewarding period in your life but when stupid things interferr like stats and hollywood, your gonna have problems. If you let the public run your house, they will run you out of it.

Billy,
Thanks for your well wishes =)
Tho I don't think either one of us are completely at the stage of pinning the "Mr. or Miss Right button" on the other's lapel quite yet.
Though quite taken with eachother, we're still in that discovery stage, and we are both taking all the time in the world necessary to learn about eachother.

Funny thing...
It seems the less apparent time you have (read as: the OLDER you get, lol) the more time you tend to take making sure things are right rather than rushed.

But again, thanks for your kind thoughts. And best of luck to you also in your search .

LOL,
Well thanks billy.

But bbq and I were just conversing.
Not matched.

bbq seems like a wonderful man with a great sense of humor, attitude, and a good head on his shoulders.

Certainly he's destined to make some lovely lady feel she's the luckiest woman alive.

But there's already another gentleman on these boards who has my romantic attentions.

And since I never learned to juggle very well...
;^,

bbq,
I'm a big advocate of nicknames.
I hope my shortening yours to "bbq" is ok. =)

I do like some semblance of originality tho. ;^)

So call me "Sama," or "451," if ya please.

haha - well, ummm, nothin man - just rock it. Don't NOT get married because of statistics being thrown down your throat. Don't get married if you see that you and her are not right. I left a six year relationship because it dawned on me - I only wanna do this once and although sweet and extremely beautiful (i mean, she was hot man...) I had to let her go...

But, to answer your question... a lot of relationships fail these days because a lot of people dont take marriage seriously anymore. It's just a bigger "dating" if you will. I mean look at J-Lo and Britney Spears. They are an accurate representation of what is going on these days. So unless you're like them, don't worry about it.

However, you will have to make an effort. One of girls biggest complaints is that when they met you, you were this guy - but now that you've been together/married for X amount of time, you don't do the things you did when you me her - which you and I both know you were tryin to impress, catch, pimp your girl... but then, once you got her you kinda pulled off. My advice - keep that up, you don't have to go at the level you were when you were first trying to make her ur girl - but you know, hook a girl up. I've learned, it's the small things. Do lots of small things for her as opposed to a few big things and they appreciate that. Girls are girls and will always be the way girls are... you have to keep it exciting! And, so does she... but I guarantee if you keep it exciting she automatically will reciprocate ;)
