I always thought that "Dirty Old Man" was meant to be a not-so-flattering but I have met a few that were quite endearing. What about an animal reference for an older man after a younger woman ... ? I thank Late4adate for the Papa BEAR ...
Cougar and cub works well together but somehow a cub seems less that predatory ... if he is pursuing her shouldn't there be a stronger name for him? SOme of the young men who were after me were quite agressive!

For the older man, younger woman...I like Pappa Bear or in some cases Dirty Old Man...LOL. And as for the younger Man with a much, much older woman, I have heard the term Fetus used if he's way too young for her.
